The units range in size from 2-bedroom walk-up apartments with onsite uncovered parking to 3-bedroom two-story units with garage. BDG were involved with the progression of documentation from resource consent through to construction.

BDG completed Developed Design & Building Consent. Construction expected to begin mid-2018.
